Event Spaces Available for Rent

We are proud of our lovely building and are happy to share the space with the community. We have several different types of space available to rent, appropriate for various sizes of meetings and events.

Ideal for..

  • Weddings, Civil Unions and receptions

  • Non profit retreats, conferences and trainings
  • Non profit charitable meetings and fund raisers
  • Musical concerts and recitals

Our newly remodeled sanctuary space includes a baby grand piano and state-of-the-art sound system. Excellent acoustics from any seat in the hall. (No food or drink is allowed in this room.)

  • $300 for 4 hours during the week
  • $400 for 4 hours on weekends
  • $75 per hour after 4 hours
The Sanctuary

Social Hall
(maximum capacity: 200 / 150 for dining)

The hall can be rented with or without the large kitchen. Ample quantities of folding tables and chairs are conveniently stored nearby for use in this function hall

This space is used to hold receptions as well as large meetings and presentations.

  • $100 per hour for first four hours with kitchen use ($150 cleaning deposit required)
  • $75 per hour after 4 hours

  • $300 without kitchen use for 4 hours
  • $50 per hour after 4 hours

Fireside Room
(seats 10 - 15)

Complete with an electric fireplace, this comfortable room has a "living room" feel with west-facing windows and lots of natural light.

  • $30 hour with a 2 hour minimum
  • $50 cleaning deposit required
Fireside Room

(maximum capacity: 12)

This room offers a stunning view of Puget Sound and it has a private restroom.

  • $20 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
  • $50 cleaning deposit required

Reduced rates are available for voting members of this church where the individual/family has been a member for a year. Please contact the office to get further information about applying for a rental rate reduction.

Our building, gardens and surrounding areas are smoke-free spaces. Wheelchair access available all rooms except the Library. Wireless internet is reachable by many rooms in the church. On-site parking is available, but limited (especially so on weekdays). Please contact the church office to discuss how our rental spaces might work for your event.
